PhoneGap & AngularJS based e-Learning Mobile Solution for Simplified Communication & Training

A US based retailer with global business expansion plans needed a mobile learning and management solution to train their workforce on new organization policies, products and global regulations. The aim was to facilitate the communication process between top management, managers, employees and trainers. The mobile learning management solution was also required to document individual employees performance while creating an effective learning management framework for the organization.

The client wanted an eLearning mobile solution that would facilitate communication and deliver training to its employees on updated company policies and product releases. The solution would bridge the gap between top management and trainers for record keeping of training & educational processes. In addition, design elements such as an intuitive user interface with user management, collaboration features like chat, video tutorial sharing, skill monitoring, Q&A forum and a logbook needed to be incorporated. Finally, the E-Learning Mobile Apps should function flawlessly on various iOS, Android and Windows based devices.
